“We had a really wonderful time staying at Saija's place. It is very nicely decorated and looks even better than in the photos, a very cosy place. It has absolutely everything you will ever need and even more than you think: from toothbrushes and board games to frozen carrots for building a snowman!!
Saija was always available by message if ever we had any questions. The parking spot was a plus for us as we traveled around by car.
There are some supermarkets nearby. We got to use the kick sleds to go to the river only a few minutes away from the house, as well as the sauna after a long day of activities!
This is probably one of the best airbnb experience I've ever had, I definitely recommend Saija's place and will definitely come back when I get the chance! Thank you very much Saija!! :)”

“There's nothing we could fault about this place, it had everything that we could have asked for. lt's absolutely perfect!
We had the most wonderful time in this villa, it really did felt like home. It was so warm and cosy and it had an indoor sauna which my children enjoyed so much!
The airport is approximately 10 minutes drive from the villa. The bus stop to the city centre and Santa Claus village was just literally on the main road of the villa. There is a big supermarket and Lild nearby, took us 15 minutes to walked there so everything was just so convenient!
All of my friends have seen the photos and video that l've posted on fb and ig and they've all asked me where this place was and they would love to stay at this place whenever they visit Rovaniemi.

We are Saija and Tuomas, a couple fueled by an endless passion for travel and creativity. Our journey began through our shared love for creative work, and today, we are happily married and proud owners of a small web design agency.

“Villa Julia has everything you could need - this venue was better equipped than the very expensive treehouse venue we moved to afterwards.
It has every appliance, every amenity and everything else you could imagine to make your trip perfect.
Saija was a real joy to deal with. She could not do enough to assist and ensure our trip was memorable and amazing. She responds rapidly and was proactive with everything we could have imagined.

Villa Julia accommodates 4 people. There are two separate bedrooms (Main & Nest) and two toilets.
Both bedrooms have 160 cm (63 inches) wide beds with good mattresses and high quality bedlinen.
There are space for your belongings plus several lighting options to choose from.
One toilet is located closed to the bedrooms, the other one is found in the bathroom.

“I honestly can’t speak highly enough about this property. I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnb’s and this is by far one of the best. The communication was absolutely amazing and the info provided was extremely concise. The house is incredibly cosy and to be honest, I really didn’t want to leave. We had two kids with us and they also absolutely loved the home.
The attention to detail was incredible, everything was thought of, from spare European chargers to the most incredible smelling shampoos and soaps this place genuinely had it all.
The kick sleds were also amazing and we loved skating around on these.

“Saija`s place was hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The home was beautiful and cosy, decorated throughout with Christmas decorations and very lovely home touches. The house had absolutely everything you’d ever need and more! Even cute little sleighs for fun in the snow.
It’s approx 10 mins from the centre and only 5 min walk to two supermarkets. Saija as host was incredible, she organised a taxi from airport to property and had long list of activities/excursions she could also organise if required.
The day last our flight wasn’t until late in the evening and she was able to accommodate us with a late check out which we were super grateful for.

We also offer odorless laundry detergent and the apartment is cleaned with ecological cleaning products. There are also a Philips Air Purifier to use in case you want your indoor air to be in every way as pure as possible!
